ph9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph9 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the Platform.
You may close your ph9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
ph9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if ph9 determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, ph9 may forfeit your account balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
